Upper Strut bolt torque specs..

Just installed the GT-Spec upper strut bar and cannot locate the recommended torque specs for the strut bolts. Can anyone find the specs?

can I get confirmation on this? I will be putting mine on very soon. Do I HAVE to use a torque wrench?

I didn't use TW for my coils..., but it's best that you use it. I guess I should take out my SM and start looking for these diagrams... I have overlooked on so many bolts I've put on my car.

i have to find someone with a TW...

maybe ill just hand-tighten with socket wrench until that point....

Would anyone know what the specs are for the bolts that are circled in red here? Couldn't find these in the FSM, unless i'm looking in the wrong place.
