Would the gas tank being on the driver's side make it sit lower than the passenger side?

Nice. What I'm talking about is that the right side of the G in the back has more wheel gap than the left. What could that be from?

Isn't the gas tank equally across both sides - in other words, centered?

I don't know, I thought it was just on the left.

Dude, I had the exact same issue...I mean exact...
I seen you recently dropped, make sure there were at least a few weeks until you do your measurement.

Then, and I stress, make sure you park on level ground. I thought my garage was level...it wasn't. I parked it in our loading garage at work, which was properly levelled, and guess what? perfectly even.

Also, when you do measure, measure from the center of the center cap of the rim to the bottom edge lip if your fender. that will give you the most accurate measurement.

Thanks for all the help. It's been a week, I'll wait a couple more and then measure again. It's weird because all the other corners look like they have settled.

Every car I've owned was a little lower on the left side. I have guessed it was because most of the time, I'm driving the car alone. That's a significant weight differential.

LOL... How would anyone know the left side is lower when they are inside the car?

If a lot of people who have dropped their cars see the left side being lower than the right, I'm just curious how it happens.
My car is still stock and both sides seem to be even.

Thanks to everyone that posted their findings and opinions about the wheel gaps. I'm still wondering if this is just the way the car sits no matter what springs are under the car, or is there a problem. This question might be being asked prematurely because they've only been on the car for a little over a week, and they might not be all the way settleled. So, with all that said I just want to hear what everbody thinks. Thanks.
