Decision time for Springs!
your plan sounds good!
Who's doing your install?
A local guy, he is charging $150 for the install. He has installed them on his car and several others so I am hoping the install goes smoothly. He said the only problem he has run into is with one car some of the bolts were rusted on and had to be cut off. Since my car is new I do not think that will be an issue.
How long should I wait after getting them installed before getting an allingment? Can any good allignment shop do the allignment or do I have to go to the dealer?

You should wait around 2 weeks for the springs to settle before getting an alignment done.
Take it to any good alignment shop, some dealers won't even do alignment on lowered cars.

Got them installed - need help
The install went well and it looks great, about 2 fingers of gap left in the front and barely one in the rear. Is it normal for the rear to have less gap than the front with Eibachs?
Big problem now is that I have a steep driveway and when I get to the top as I enter the garage I am scraping. I tried going slower and am still scaping. Any suggestions? I will try to get some pictures but it is dark here.

Try hitting the top of the hill with one tire at a time... ya know, at an angle.
This is how I'm gonna have to get into and out of the parking lot at work which has speed bumps.
I also have a steep driveway and I'm already practicing my exits so I get to the top of the hill one wheel at a time.
Only problem with the fronts is the guy's spring compessor was a POS and was giving him grief.
