If the offsets are correct, yes. Should be someting like 35 front and 40 back.

No...Kuhmo are from Korea. The ones i bought are made in Korea. However, there was a Kuhmo workers strike just a month ago, so who knows if that will affect anything.

they should. the 07 and 08 are the same. Forgot to list the offsets, +43 front, +45 rear I believe. Front and rear are flush with the fenders. I have the Hankook Ventus. Theyre ok, not many tires of this size to choose from.
