Rear braces, or upgraded sway bars?

Guys (and gals),

If you were to choose between the M-brace and rear tie brace, or the Hotchkis sway bar, which would you get first?

Better yet, which one would have the most noticeable effect? I've read the rear two braces act almost like a stiffer sway bar but only read that from the manufacturer.

Thanks!

What He Said

&Yes Stillen are adjustable (rear)

Neither are front adj.
That's why I stayed away from Hotchkis , their front is too stiff & w/o adj.
Increasing front stiffness more than rear = more understeer

Hmm i don't know. On medium setting the Hotchkis sways feel very neutral, maybe a hint of understeer but definitely much less than stock. I have mine at the stiffest setting and I get slight oversteer which is great if you wanna drift.

Humm, dude how does the car feel with the sways set at the stiffest setting? because mine is on the lightest setting, but I wanted to push it up to medium, would you suggest just going all the way to the stiffest

No, not until you get the JIC's on.

I'm on med right now, and I haven't tried full stiff yet.

Too bad sway bars don't really stiffen up the chassis... it only helps eliminate a bit of roll when you turn.

If your tires are good (not worn out or anything) then no problem. Just take care not to slide out or enter a turn too fast cause it's pretty easy to drift lol

That's one thing that was a little disappointing about the 2nd gen suspension redesign.
There isn't room for the front sways to have adjustment. (same for all)

lol ok I think I'll go for the middle Setting first, because my car slides like crazy with esp on and with good thread on my tires lol. Just yesterday it did a nice little drift in 2nd gear while going pretty slow lol I love it, but I don't want it to be too unpredictable so I think I'll try the middle setting when fitting the JICs and then see how that settles
