yes you can. as long as its not an awd sedan. and the g37 rims look amazing on sedans by the way. i take it you are talking about the coupe rims

 

If you are referring to G37 coupe 19' rims, they are very common the sedans and many members here have them on their 07+ sedans w/o any issues.

Search! I am sure that you will find array of threads that shows this set up for the 2nd gen sedans.
