I know there are plenty of threads about this problem. I've read through most of them and either the problem was never solved or was solved for a brief moment or the thread just completely stopped.

Here is my situation:
It first started about a year ago when I was driving home and gunned it from 10-80 on a service road (3am so noone was on the highway) and I saw my slip vdc and brake light come on. I was more worried about the brake light as I thought I left my ebrake on. I get to a light just before the merge onto the highway and I turn the car off and on which solved the problem. I didn't think much of it as it didn't reappear for about 8 months. It happened again when I was flooring it on the highway and once I got to my destination, I turned the car off and on to see if that would solve the problem once again. It did but this time I was doing some research and saw alot of ppl posting about the brake fluids etc..

I knew I had the 30k maint coming up and said i'll wait and see what happens. I have my maint done a few months later (about a month from today) and about 2 weeks ago the lights came on again but this time I wasn't doing anything but rolling to a stop light. Since then it has been coming on and off at random times, and each time I bandaid the problem with an off and on.

Note: even though all 3 lights turn on, only the brake light disappears after awhile by itself.

The question now is, would it be my brakes since i had my maint done less than a month ago (less than 1k miles) and they would have at least made sure the fluids are at the right lvl.

2008 G35xs
Miles: 28,000
rear brakes replaced a yr ago (weird my rears weared faster then the fronts), front brakes still have not changed. None of the rotors have been resurfaced or rotated or replaced.
Tires have been replaced /w same oem size (all 4) over a year ago.
Car is dropped on H&R springs for 17 months.
Last alignment was during the maint.
