2006 V35 G35X AWD Front sway bar differences

Yes, they are absolutely different. The AWD has the oil filter pointing to the front of the vehicle. The V35 350Z/G35 RWD bars have a big 5"deep hump about 2' across to accommodate the front of their engine as in the pictures below.
2003-2009 Nissan 350Z [Z33

The OEM V35 AWD front bar only has about 1.5" of offset between frame mounts because the frame mounts are lower on the chassis (Z-axis). If you try to install a V35 350Z/G35 RWD front bar on an AWD car, the angled 5" offset rubs on cooler lines to the radiator as well as physically interferes with the VQ35 front-facing oil filter. Websites will say the two bars are interchangeable. Not true.
