Very doubtful. The rear is totally different. The front is likely different as well.
I ordered a Stillen rear sway bar today from Stillen. They sold it to me for $146 plus some necessary bracket for about $13. It has two places to mount it which either give it 7% stiffer than the stock sport bar, or 70% stiffer than sport bar. I have to order some bushings for a stock sport bar since mine car is an X. I'll post how it drives after I mount it.
How did you get just the rear?
Finally got my 370z rear sway installed onto my 07 g35x over the weekend! I'm not sure how some of you managed to get it installed under half an hour.. with the car jacked up in the rear, i had a hell of time getting enough space underneath to hand-crank my wrenches (rusted endlink nuts were a killer). What took even longer was snaking the bar in and out... with only the exhaust hangers dropped, it took me hours to figure out how to get them through!

With the bar installed the car definitely feels more neutral through the turns. Coming from a G37s coupe, its still no where as tight nor sharp, but its likely due to the fact that the awd is sprung very softly in comparison.
$50 used 370z sway bar. $10 set of new bushings. Definitely one of the best bang for the buck upgrades!
