How hard is this to replace? I've never done a modification to my car like this. Would I have to put the car up on a lift? What kind of tools would I need?

Jack stands & basic hand tools.
Socket set, spanners & torque wrench.

Any canadians have a good link to buy from? I tried a few US autoparts websites that do online mail order stuff without much luck.

Post an "wanted" ad on G35driver classifieds - a bunch of people from Cal who have a RWD Journey or Sport sedan and opted to replace OEM with Hotchkis sway or other aftermarket have theirs laying around and may be willing to sell and ship it to you at a fraction of the cost... make sure to ask for old bushings. That's how I got mine.

I'm not clear on what new bushings are needed when swapping out the AWD bar with a RDW bar. I found an illustration online, and the bushing (singular) they show is the single bushing located in the center of the rear sway bar. I was envisioning that there are bushings located on the end links that would need to be replaced, but the drawings are not clear in that regard. Can anyone that has done this mod please comment on which bushing(s) are required?

Thanks, all!

There are 2 bushings. The Nissan parts illustration will only show one. The bushings are for the brackets that bolt the sway bar the the subframe.

I'd like to swap out the rear sway with one from a RWD, but do the older (V35) G's have the same rear sway or would I have to get one from a V36 RWD?

You need a V36 rear sway bar. The first gen bar will not fit.

Are g37 sedan sway bars compatible with the 07-08 g35 sedan sway bars? The reason I ask is that I've read the sway bars for the g37 Sport are different from the g37 Journey. Though I'm not entirely sure if this is true. If they are compatible I'd like to try the g37 Sport sways on my 07 g5x.

I have no clue if the specs changed on the G37 sedan.
