Question Good aftermarket End-Links?

Hi guys,

been searching around for some good aftermarket end-links. So far I've found the Powergrid adjustable Endlinks to be the best, but they don't seem to offer it for the 2008 G35.

Does anyone have aftermarket endlinks or can recommend any that would fit on the 2008 Sedans?

Actually just noticed there's even SPL ----> http://www.importpartspro.com/splpafrswbar.html

Anyone recommend one or the other?

I don't think you need them bro. From what I've read, ours are beefier than the prior gen ones were, and I haven't read of a broken one yet

I think that's what's making all the noises in my car when I go over bumps. Reading other posts I've figured that with the JIC coil-overs and the Hotchkis ARBs at the stiffest setting it's causing noises down there and they seem to be the most logical step to take.

lol you're excused , we'll let you off this time

yeah Powergrid has them for the 07 as well but not the 08 which really confuses me because I thought the 07-08 we're identical.

I do believe 07 and 08 suspension setups are the same.

that's what I thought, until I e-mailed Z1 performance and asked them and they said no it only fits 07.

I think he might have been wrong

^ I haven't heard of anyone yet.
Like San mentioned, the 2nd gen links are much better than 1st gen.
I would be surprised if they had failed.

FWIW,
If you intend to do corner balancing of the car with the JICs.
Suspension tuners like to have adjustable links to fine tune the sways.

Not sure what you mean by corner balancing?

The main reason I wanted to change them is because lately I've been getting some weird squeaking noises when going over bumps or speed bumps VERY slowly. you can only hear it when the windows are shut and and music and AC switched off.

It sounds like a piece of rubber being squeezed against something, it sounds just like how the exhaust hangers would sound, being held on by those rubber bands, but when I shake the exhaust it's solid and doesn't move and I can't hear anything but as soon as I go over a speed bump at very very low speeds I hear it squeaking in the front and rear.

any suggestions as to what else it could be?

yeah I greased up the arbs before I took it to the stealers and then it sat there for like 5 weeks and they gave me the car back with an empty power steering tank, the steering wheel was heavy to move,

So eventually I topped it up but I'm still getting squeeks but only when moving really slow. I checked the arbs a few days back and the grease still seems there so I don;t think it's that. I know how ARBs squeek and it's def not that

Oh and thanks for the corner balancing vid, I'm pretty sure I won't be able to do that here, but it makes logical sense
