Angry WTF are these??

So I tried installing some new rims today, and guess what they don't fit. This stupid bolt below seems to be hitting the inside of the new wheel

two questions:

1) What is it?

2) Can I remove it somehow?

This is how the inside of the new rims looks, they're 19x9 offset 25

and I've got the adaptors to fit the new rims, but the bolt above hits before they even touch the adapters

It's just a little bolt to secure your rotors. ( only two on the front two rotors) you can remove them when you install an aftermarket set of wheels. It's no biggie. Wheels are strong enough to push and secure them on place.

It's that simple.

Take those bolts off. They're just there so you don't accidentally put the OEM rears on the fronts.

REjection bolts, so that rear wheels don't get mounted up front.

...just remove them

:edit:
wow, you have to be quick around here

Will have pics up once they're installed but I doubt I'll have time today as I've got a wedding to go to later on.

WRONG!!!

its just a bolt that prevents you from installing the wrong size rims on your front since your front and rear rims are different size.
It has nothing to do with the rotor

And a tip... once that bolt is off, if you can find a longer version of it you can use that longer bolt to take the front rotors off should the need arise ... a minute, tops, and no banging

Do you mean screwing a longer one and pulling the rotors out that way?

Yesterday when I playing around the rotors already seemed pretty loose to start off with.

being on a sand dune prolly helps the hat from rusting on the hub face. 1 yr in well salted central NY winters makes this bolt needed for rotor removal. Consider yourself and your undercarriage lucky

Main reason would be preventing from mount wrong rotors, but secure and holds up rotors are another part of the reason. Therefore, You are wrong.

I also clearly stated that you can go ahead and remove the bolts when you install an aftermarket set of wheels. (which what op needed to know)
