Parking Brake Light Came On
Ok so I put the car in DS mode VDC is ON. I'm at a set of lights waiting to make a right turn.....get my chance and I FLOOR it...the slip lights come on, no lose of control, then I notice that the emergency brake light came on for a bit.
So my question is: did that light come on because I was about to lose it and the car applied the brakes on its own?

There's already quite a few threads on this subject. As suggested above, the pads need to be checked for wear and replaced as necessary. As the pads wear, the caliper piston sits out further causing the fluid level to be lower than normal. This causes the warning light.
Topping off the fluid is a temporary solution but replacing the pads is the correct solution.
Another suggestion is to not punch it from a dead stop while turning into a right hand turn with VDC turned off. That's another subject with several threads... all with bad outcomes.

I just brought in for it's 36K km maintenance checkup about 1 month ago...the brakes are good and all is good as far as fluid is concerned.
Now from what I'm reading here I should mention that on this right hand turn I'm turning up a hill that is about a 20 degree incline so that might account for the fluid not being level, what do you guys think?

20 degree incline?
But for reals not much can do this if Infiniti says all checked out then your fine, you could have sunk the float causing the light to go off.... but the cylinder is so small I would think that would be hard do. IMO keep an eye on it if it goes off again then look into it, but I wouldnt worry about it.
Stay away from those sick inclines, lol.
