Bumpski... Seriously considering these given the price and feedback. I don't intent to totally slam the car, but want my x just a touch lower all around. Would both front/rear alignment kits (from Eibach etc.) be necessary? Anyone running these without any alignment kits? Thanks guys!

Oh yeah... my wheels are 19x8.5 35+ all around with 245/40/19.

Hey everyone I was trying to read all the pages and might have missed a few things. Although this thread is old and there might be updates on other threads maybe someone can help me out?

I looking into getting coils for my 07 G35 AWD, which would be the best bet BC or Megan?
I'm leaning more towards BC and if I do go that route for a daily driver should I order
12k front 8k rear and 230mm all around springs?

Since this is about 3 yrs old has Megan updated or produced new coils for AWD?
I hope you guys can help I won't to order my coils ASAP but I want to make sure I get the right ones.

Can't really help w/ the AWD version, but I have about 12k miles on my Megan coils and have been very happy w/ them. Not sure if the AWDs will drop similar but the RWD version has a pretty big drop in the rear. It's fine w/ me because I'm at zero gap at both fenders, which is what I wanted. I'm set about a 1/4" from the highest setting back there though, so if you're wanting to drop it just a bit more than stock it may be too low. Again, the X version may be different, the springs may be longer for them. You'd have to contact Megan for that info regarding the differences. I've got mine set about 1/3rd up from the softest setting (like 11 on the 35 scale) and it's a good setting for a controlled semi-firm ride, but not near as jarring as my lowering springs were.

I think you'll find the BCs & Megans are very similar in overall design & performance. I believe they're sourced from the same place.
