I asked a couple vendors about the part number but nobody gives me one they just say they don't know. Would it be a problem if these were from the first gen sedan

the vendor wouldnt sell you something thats not for your car. just order them from a vendor instead of asking them for part #s.

Just placed an order today, looks like the lead time is 2 weeks, so I'm guessing that they get shipped from Taiwan first then get reshipped within the us. It's ok, I can wait...I'll be putting my Impuls for sale

Would these coils give me a softer ride than the eibach pro kit I have on now with a decent drop??? Thats really what I'm looking for.

You can adjust the height and dampening so yes they would accomplish both. Change the spring rates to your liking of course.

of course, although your set up is called a pro kit, its just springs, its not really a kit.....

Any type of coilover (even the basement ones) will give you dampening adjustability to have a better overall ride than springs.

Hey everyone, been awhile since I've been on these boards. A board member sent me a link to this thread and asked if I could come in a clear up some confusion.

The awd 1st gen we have had on our product line for a little over 6 months. We have had alot of generated intrest in both the 2nd gen and other awd platforms as most our competitors felt there wasn't sufficient demand for them. After contacting Infiniti to look over the details between both 1st and 2nd gen, the only difference found was the front lower fork that goes around the axle. We found that both generations use the same oem shock and tops in front and the rears. What we do recommend is for the 2nd gen customers is to ask for 12k front springs as the 2nd gen is a bit heavier up front. Some customers are requesting 12k front 8k or 10k rear. My personal opinion is you should be fine with a 12/8 setup. The part number is the same for both and is as simple as requesting a awd G35 as there is only one item. I'll check periodically here to see if there are any questions I can help answer for the members.

Thanks, Pete

Do you have official dealers in Russia? Moscow?

Wait a minute, now i am confused.
For those of us ordering through resellers such as B2 Autodesign, when we tell them that we are ordering coilovers for AWD G35/G37 do they know to include the 12k front springs for us? Are these springs standard. I'm confused why you said that we should ask for 12k? I didn't ask and simply placed an order....
