42000 miles, need new rear brakes

i was gonna say, i have an 07 g35x nearing 24k and i haveta change my rear, so kudos foru to go this long without changing em, u must take good care of it

Thanks for all the responses. I don't feel bad now. My drive to and from work, 80 miles RT, is stop and go. Sometimes in the morning I can get 3/4 of the way to work without hitting a light.

They tried to turn down my rotors but when they finished they were out of spec. Changed the rotors under the warranty.

Really thats odd, Rotors are a wear and tear item usually they wont change it under warranty. Gratz!

I changed both my front and rear pads at 50k miles... Honestly the front's had a little less than 1/2 left, and the rears were REALLY thin, but the new OEM ones were thin to start off with. So I figure I could have gone another 6k miles on the rear and ~30k miles on the front, but either way, I decided might as well change it out since I did it myself and it's preventative...
