It isn't a warranty issue, its a service bulletin for brake judder.
Call your service dept up and tell them you found a service bulletin that addresses the issue you are having. Ask them to search through their service bulletins for brake judder.
They will fix it.

I'm not sure where the dealer stands on the warranty and a tsb repair. However his car has 27000 miles on it so it is still under warranty.

I had to point out to my service writer that there is a tsb for brake judder as he wasn't aware of it. I got a call back 2 days later stating that all the parts were on order and he would call me with they came in.

Did you show them a copy of the TSB? I attached Pg1 of the TSB. I don't see how they can refuse to address this unless they show the cause to be unrelated to the TSB.
Did they give you a reason? Do you have tire, alignment or brake pad problems that could be causing the judder?

Yeah, I just laughed. It was $650 for the front and like $500 for the rear.

I had to tell my dealer about the tsb, as the service writer knew nothing of it.
I'm sure after you show them the paperwork, they will take care of you.

Don't be so sure... I had the TSB in hand and the service manager still would not do it (called brakes "wear and tear" items). I e-mailed Infiniti of America and then the dealership's service supervisor called me and told me rotors will be resurfaced under warranty.

Stay on them or go to the next nearest dealer.

My experience is that it IS covered under warranty. Had mine done at around 20miles and will probably have it done again before factory warranty runs out.
