Not the best pics (early morning, raining, etc) but, here. Because they're progressive rate springs the ride is unchanged under most conditions except that there's less body roll, and less nose/*** dip during braking/acceleration. Over bigger bumps though, the difference is very clear as it's pretty harsh now in comparison to the stock springs...not that this should be a surprise.

Post some more pics in a week or so when they've settled. I'm liking the even gappage from front to rear

Will do! I've had a few chances to push it in the corners and it feels sooo connected, I love it! Now I just have to find a way to slip a set of 20" Forgestars by my wife and I'll be content with the car.

Frankenstein,

Can you confirm the drop measurements that Eibach has claimed (1.4" front and 1.1" back I believe)?

I didn't measure before the install - know where I can find that info?

Measure from the ground to the fender after the install. Stock is 28.6 inches on the X. I am on BC and my measurement is 26.25".

Front: 27 1/8"
Rear: 26 1/2"

I don't know how level the parking lot is but I'll double-check in my garage when I get home.

After a week or so, they should be settled in nicely. And you're right at that point!

This is really weird but i did some research and i found this:

Kit# 6388.140 (2008 G37 Coupe) (from a previous post on this board)
Drop = 1.2 (F), 0.8 (R)

Spring Rates:
Front: 228lbs/in initial, up to 548lbs/in
Rear: 371lbs/in initial, up to 531lbs/in

VS:
the new G35X Sedan springs...(off of eibach site)

Pro-Kit #6399.140
Front: Progressive 40-96 N/mm (228-547 lbs/in)
Rear: Progressive 65-93 N/mm (371-530 lbs/in)

Basically identical numbers between the 08 coupe and the g35 sedan? So all this time people could have just used the coupe springs?

i have a G37X sedan, and i used the kit for the regular G37 sedan. I know the fron springs are all the same in ALL of their applications across all the V36 platform G's, but the spring rate is different for the rear.

Thoughts?

Are the height of the springs between the coupe and the sedan the same? That could change the drop numbers even though the spring rates are the same.

just a heads up, you can get these for $225 shipped (w/coupon) + a $20 rebate from Eibach through autoanything.

if it wasnt for it being almost october, I probably would have purchased these.
