When I went to pick up the car, after they did nothing, I questioned their logic again and told them that a bunch of people are having this problem. They tried to tell me that a TSB isn't a warranty issue, it's just a guideline for the service tech's to follow when they do a repair... Garcia Infiniti in Albuquerque is full of Bull SHI@#$#%$... I'm definitely calling/writing the Infiniti regional director!!!

When I purchased my 08 with 27k miles on it I immediately noticed the shudder. The back rotors and pads had just been replaced by the dealer prior to purchasing. They turned the front rotors and changed the clips but did not install new pads. I was at about 5mm. They were great until I hit about 33k miles and now the shudder is back. Very annoying. Pads will be done soon so I am sure I will be purchasing new front rotors. Way too early in my mind and experinece for new rotors. I thought Infiniti took care of this issue with the prior G35 back in 2005. Guess not.

Technically they are correct. A TSB is not the same as warranty BUT if a vehicle displays symptoms or problems that meet a TSB description then the dealer is supposed to rectify the problem. It doesn't cost them a dime.
The vehicle needs to be under warranty for a TSB to be in effect.
They are jerking you around. Faulty brakes are a very serious issue.

Also note that brakes are considered a wear item and are not covered under normal wear conditions.
You need to be able to prove that the problem is premature.

In my case, my rotors are warped within 4-6K miles... that's a joke and they recognize that.
