what offset?

Ok peeps, I want to get some 19 X 8.5 on all four corners for my 07 S Sedan. I am not lowered as yet but plan on getting some eibach pro springs. What offset do I need to get to get a flush appearance on all 4 corners. I will get the rims before I get springs so for a little while I will be riding around stoch height.

Tires will be 245/45/19

First of all, I would suggest 245-40 19 rather than 245-45 19.

To get the rears to sit flush you will need something around +25.

To get the fronts to sit flush you will need +20.

I currently have a set of Nismo A34 19 x 8.5" +35mm wheels on my car (waiting for my new wheels to come in). In the front I have 15mm Spacers which brings the offset to +20 and in the rear I have a 5mm Spacer which brings the offset to +30. The front sit flush to the fender and the rears could use another 5mm. I'm on Eibachs at the moment so I think +25mm and +20mm would be perfect.

Ok thanks, the 245/45 was a miss-type, I really did mean 245/40. Thanks for the additional info.
