Fellow wheel/tire experts...
Hi,
I have a 07 g35 sport sedan, I did a little searching, but still unclear if this set-up would work for me:
front: 19x8 - offset 35 / tires: 235/35/19 Potenza RE050
rear: 19x10 - offset 55 / tires: 245/35/19 Nitto NT555
Anyone can chime in?

on a 10 inch diameter rim you are going to want something wider like a 275 at least. 245 is too narrow.
on the fronts why the potenza re050s? that is an overpriced tire and is what comes stock on our cars. there are plenty of other brands out there that offer better compromise.

So if I get a wider tire at the rear, everything else in terms of sizing would be fine? Im not lowered right now, I want to know it wont rub any suspension parts etc...
Those offsets are horrible. You will definitely need spacers for decent fitment. As far as tire sizes, I would run 245/40/19 up front and 275/35/19 in the rear.
Do you plan to lower the car?

Right, seller is including a pair of 15mm spacers with new studs, dont know if it will help?
Im not good with wheels and tires at all, so I dont know if it will be fine.
These are off from a Lexus IS, Work T1s

The offsets are pretty weak. I would go with something else, and not deal with it. The offsets and tires are both off for our cars, and there are better options all around. You can make anything fit one way or another, but it does not mean it will be right. Those wheels will technically fit without rubbing on anything, but they will have awful fitment without spacers if you are lowered. If you don't lower your car, it will be ok, but still not great. I just think if you are going to buy wheels, try to do it right the first time (trust me, you will at some point, so why waste the time and money now).
You also need to decide if you are going to lower your car, and what your long-term plan is with that. That really changes things with wheels and proper fitment. If you plan to lower you car, do that first and get an idea of what you are doing there (how much drop, are you adding camber kits, etc.). Too many variables until you figure that out....

Well, just considering diameters, it looks like your speedo will be off by a bit (too fast), and your VDC will probably complain as well.
