BC coil experts help with Install 08x..extra parts???

I got these babies along with the spc camber arms today. I canceled out the rest of my work day to put these in. I m a douche bag so I always run into problems. I am not sure where the extra gold ring goes. I installed it the way I think it should be but I don't like to have extra suspension parts lying around. Does anyone have the spc camber kit for the rear. do you have to drill and elongate the hole with the template on the X? thanks

X on lift

Installed the way I think it goes

top part

Extra part gold meal ring with plastic adapter. Where the hell does this go. I will ring JMauto tomorrow. The kit came with two of them in a bag.

The instructions suck. It sounds like the way I would write it when I first came to this country. lol thanks for the input in advance

I have the extra rings left over also. You don't need them and I'm not sure why they still include them.

Yes you need to drill them in, but doing that i would go to a mechanic just to be safe.

The gold spacer would stack on the rear perch if you wanted to raise it up more than max. I didn't use mine either.

BTW do you have to elongate holes for the "camber" arms? I thought it was only for the toe bolts...

I m not sure. I tried to call i'm racing but the tech guy was at lunch. The instructions stated some applications u have to elongate. They even supplied the template. I guess I can try it out first before drilling.

Camber arms are bolt on. It's the toe bolts that require opening the hole. I actually didn't use my toe bolts. The alignment shop had no problem getting back to spec toe wise with factory hardware. Here's a decent no image DIY http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/g35...toe-bolts.html

I think that's an extra spacer for the rear springs because they are not as adjustable as the fronts if you are raising back up to near stock height. I hadn't put them in when installing these on my 2006 G35X and the rear was about a half inch lower than the front even though I thought I had measured everything out-I realized that you can put it in between the top of the spring and the adjuster part and everything evens out.

^call up BC and ask for the new 255 rear springs. they should give it to you if you're still under warranty. it's stupid to have to use a spacer
