Clicking/grinding rear differential noise

My V36 7AT sedan seems to occasionally make a loud clicking/grinding noise when turning right and inching up a fairly steep inclined driveway. I have Hotchkis sways set on the middle position. I was wondering if anyone else with Hotchkis sways experienced this noise. I'm thinking the diagonal incline approach unloads the right rear wheel and causing it to catch and slip alternately. TIA

Hey what did you discover about this? I have a noise when I curve right or turn right. It sounds like it's coming from the right, too. I know it's not the bearing and I thought it could be the brake shoes inside the rear right rotor but I adjusted them down to make sure they would have to not even be barely touching the inside of the rotor and I still hear the noise. I hope if it is an issue down that far inside that it's the axle and not the diff.
