Front and Rear sway bar install question

Did anybody have to unfasten their exhaust in order to remove and replace their rear sway bars? cuz i'm thinking i can just slip the old sway out and put the new sway in, but there are some DIY out there that involve unfastening the exhaust and some that don't.

I had to unbolt the mufflers from the mid section and slide the rear sway bar out that way. Because of all the bends in the rear sway, it's probably impossible to slide the bar out to one side. I haven't seen a DIY that doesn't involve unbolting some part of the exhaust.

I removed my Stillen rear sway bar without unbolting exhaust pipe. Took me a few mins to get it out but it wasn't hard.
