tire size 20x9+35 w/spacer 20x10+25
tire size 20x9+35 w/spacer 20x10+25
need help choosing tire size
20x9+35 front with 15-20mm spacer to fit near future akebono's
20x10+25 rear I will install the spc rear camber/toe kit if i need more neg camber
I want a slight raked stance lower in front higher in rear with same camber angle stretch and poke all around.
Im looking for a near stock overall diameter maybe just a bit smaller up front
stock sport specs go as follow
front 225 50 18 +45 7.5 wide
rear 245 45 18 +50 8.5 wide
This is my daily roller so I'm going for semi agressive , I need some protection from the pot holes. I dont wanna get a really expensive soft compound tire that wears quick. I dont drive fast. Since my tires will be stretched + camber they dont have to be performance oriented. I want something on the cheaper end that wont break the bank since imma have to replace them often.
I was looking for a 225 40 front 245 35 rear but I cant find a tire set like that anywhere
I also looked at the Nitto neogen they have a nice 225 35 for the front but I dont wanna run a 245 30 rear, the 30 does not offer enough protection, even on a 9 wide rim, so no way im putting that on a 10
I may consider a 255 30 for the rear , having a hard time finding a pic of a 255 30 ? i dunno if the 30 sidewall will be enough protection on a 10 wide rim. shoot I dont even know if a 35 sidewall on a 225 is enough protection for the front :|
Im thinking to go with this
front 235 35 = 4.85 mm smaller total diameter
rear 255 35 = 4.44 mm larger total diameter
according to http://www.willtheyfit.com/
any info or pics on tire size/ brand is apprectiated
the rims are work gnosis gs-5 btw
