Brake Recommendation for G35X

I am looking to replace the brakes on a 2007 G35X. I will be replacing both the rotors and pads, and will likely add stainless lines. I would like to improve the brake performance as much as possible without going to a big brake kit, due to the associated cost of changing wheels and tires. These are my priorities in descending order:

Excellent initial cold bite.
Excellent fade resistance.
Linear, predictable response.
Minimal dusting as possible but not at expense of previous priorities.

Excellent street performance is most important, though I plan to autocross the car, I will likely never track the car, or demand that level of performance.

I would like rotors that are resistant to warping, and have some sort of corrosion resistant coating.

Ideally, a rotor/pad combination that are designed to work with each other would be great.

I am less concerned with cost than I am getting value for the money spent.

I have looked at Carbotech, Endless, Project Mu, Stoptech, DBA, Centric etc.

Any recommendations or experience is appreciated.

I'm disappointed no one has responded to this thread so far...
I just purchased a 2007 G35x, and it needs front brakes (rotors & pads only). I would like to (slightly) upgrade from the standard issue OEM, but can't afford to spend $1,000 on front brakes. I drive fairly hard, in-city and long commute, all weather, and need strong brake performance that will last. After two hours searching online, I have a ton of options, but very little credible qualitative analysis (translated: ARRRRGGGHHH!). DIY on this job. You G35 experts, please chime in with your suggestions. Please and thank you!

Centric Premium Rotors, Stoptech Pads is what I would do.

The rotors are cheap/durable, they have a e-coating to cut down on rust/corrosion. Stoptech pads are good cheap pads, I recommend them to my Subaru customers who do daily and autox.

Next step above those would be Carbotech AX6 pads, I haven't had these on an Infiniti yet but they are great on the STI, good bite, low dust, great modulation, maybe noisy at times.

DBA T2 rotors are the next step up for rotors, they are slotted so they help add bite and torque, and the slots will help keep the pads clean and reduce the possibility of brake judder/"warping"

After poring through this site and others, I opted for:

Raybestos 980307 Advanced Technology Disc Brake Rotor - Sold by: Amazon.com LLC
Raybestos ATD888AC Advanced Technology Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set - Sold by: Amazon.com LLC

hope I got the right stuff ;-)

Hi,

How did it work for you? Satisfied with them? Performance, noise? Did you install yourself?
