My Rebuilt Powder Coated Brakes, SS Lines, and Rotors

So, I decided to rebuild the brakes, upgrade the front baffle plates, add SS brake lines, put DOT 4 Blue brake fluid in, Complete Powder coating of the Calipers with Candy Blue, and upgrade the rotors to Slotted. All the work took a total of 4 days. The powder coating was done professionally. Everything else was done by me and a buddy of mine in the yard. Total cost was about $1400. Everything was purchased from ConceptZPerformance.

Looks really nice. I'm considering painting my calipers red. I've got a black G

How much was it to have them professionally powder coated?

I think you should powder coat them. The heat will eventually fade the paint and also the durability is better with the powder coating.

^ agreed but if you cant afford it then G2 caliper paint is your best bet as its epoxy based paint which stays on forever compared to others like duplicolor that chip after a couple of years.

Btw the the calipers came out great! love your new brake setup

$350 for the powder coating. The caliper rebuild kit for the front and rear was a total of $60. You will need the rebuild kits.
