Is this the best Akebono BBK deal?

Seems pretty damn good especially the free shipping and the Nissan calipers (they always seem to cost more than the Infiniti caliper, not sure why). If there's a better deal do tell
Or PM me please. Thanks!

For the nissan calipers its a great deal, but you can get Infiniti calipers for $100 less through concept z. Might want to shoot them an email to make sure it has all the hardware needed.

Or you can jump up to stoptech rotors (drilled, slotted, or both) and centric pads instead of oem rotors and pads for $1500

I have the red Nissans from Z1 as well. Also, Z1's bracket is much better designed than CZP's IMO.

I won't be needing that bracket for my '09 right?
Also, what's the reason the Nissan Akebono calipers are priced higher, is there mechanical differences or just appearance?
That Z1 link is just for the front set and w/ the Nissan calipers it's $1700, that nismo link I posted has the F&R w/ rotors/pads for $1500. I just prefer the look of the Nisan calipers and it seems like a bargain unless I'm missing something

Didn't realize your car was an 09. Not sure if you need brackets or not. There are only appearance differences, they are the exact same caliper. I'd imagine you're paying more for the Nissan name. Also, if I remember correctly, the Akebono caliper is raw on the back half while the Nissan caliper is completely painted....That could make up a small price difference, although I still think you're paying for the name mainly. Here is the entire Z1 kit for 1575. With the Nissan calipers and shipping it is 1920, but that includes their $225 dollar brackets. I'm sure you could call and get the price reduced if you don't need the brackets, but I think you still may need them. Give Z1 a call. For that 1920 shipped, you have the option of getting slotted or drilled/slotted rotors, and you have pad upgrade options for a small price. The centric pads or OEM Nissan pads are included in the price. In the end, if you dont care which pads/rotors you get, you can get the kit from the Nismo place and the brackets from Z1 and make out around 1750.

Thanks for the link for the 4 wheel kit, it looks like I won't need any mounting brackets so it looks like the nismo place will get me more of a chance to convince my wife that we NEED these I do like having the option of different pads/rotors but right now if oem pads & rotors get the deal done than that's what I'll do, wish me luck w/ my sales pitch
Damn, wish I could pull the trigger today, check out this deal, and he's got a "make an offer" listing, maybe get them for even less

I have brand new OEM pads ill sell you for 100 bucks+shipping for front and rear. Depending on how much you can get rotors for, you might be able to make out less than 1500 :]

I saw that because I dont trust used pads/rotors. If youre cool with getting those rotors turned and using new pads you can def be under 1500.
