When the car is cold or sitting for a few days upon startup the power steering is super smooth, nicely boosted but still good road feel. Similar to an S5 I drove a while ago.

After the car has been driving for over 15 minutes the steering becomes about 40% more stiff, especially in parking lots or low speed driving.

Changed fluid, correct level, no leaks or binding in the steering system.
