Staggered Wheel Configuration for AWD?

Staggered Wheel Configuration for AWD?
I was wondering if you guys can offer some advice if the following setup would work:

2007 G35x sedan lowered on Eibach Pro Kit

F: 20x9 +32 245/35/20
R: 20x10.5 +45 285/30/20

My biggest concern is will there be any issues with the wheels rubbing or bottoming out my car? Any advice or suggestions would be welcome.
