08' g35x only 1 tire worn down?

Good afternoon,

I have an 08 g35x with 135k on it, I have 1 rear driver tire that is worn down almost bald, but the other don't seem as worn. What could be the cause of this? I had an alignment done not too long ago and things were within spec. I also had the fluids changed right after.

What could be the possibilities that could cause this? If you require photos please let me know.

Ohh also the tire wear is even, is its not one sided.

Thanks.

Toe wear? Do you have the alignment printout? Things break.

Well i have to get new tires, plan on getting an alignment at the same time. I can post the information then. I was going to get the alignment done first, but it has started snowing and I don't want to risk it.

Bad bushing perhaps.
Your sig says lowered so that's going to cause earlier wear but if it's only one tire then it's going to be around that hub

No update, took it to a shop they couldn't tell me why it was doing it. As soon as the 3 ft of snow melt I will see if i can get the car aligned by a shop that works on lowered cars.

Did you figure out what was causing it? I just bought a 08 G35x and have the same problem. I thought it might be a balancing/ brake issue since the previous owner hadn't changed the rear brakes ever, metal on metal when I replaced the rear breaks, and that wheel had no weights on it, you could see where one used to be. I plan on taking it to get aligned to see if that might be the issue.

PS: I am not lowered

Hoagy, I suggest you find an "Independent Brake/Alignment shop" in your neighborhood and have your entire suspension checked out! If the previous owner took such poor care of your G35x, you could have many other issues and you need to be safe!
