2008 G35x wheel/tire question

I have done ample research and read so much different information and a lot of it is from older posts, looking for some current up to date experience and opinions on the following.

I have a 2008 G35x sedan. I run a factory sized winter setup on OEM 17's for half the year. I'm looking to buy summer wheels and tires in the following specs:

Niche Essen 19x10 Rear ET 40 with NItto Invo 285/35-19 (OD 26.73")
Niche Essen 19x8.5 Front ET 35 with Nitto Invo 245/40-19 (OD 26.73")

OPTION of running a 275/35-19 with an OD of 26.57" on the rear if need be.

My question is, will this fit on an 08 G35x without rubbing? NIche lists the 10" rear as fitting the sedan body at that offset without issue. My question is will the 285 work or is that too wide? The reason being i'd prefer the 285 for the fact that the car is AWD and the overall diameter will be the same front and rear. If I have to go 275 I understand the diameter is close enough to alleviate any issues with the VDC and the AWD from what i've read.

A LOT of misinformation out there regarding staggered setups on the X, am I flawed in my thinking or is all of this ok?

Thanks,
Adam

I ended up running the 285 setup in my OP. It has a bit of poke on the rear, I intend to correct this with camber arms and lowering it on sport springs.

Niche Essen 19x10 Rear ET 40 with NItto Invo 285/35-19 (OD 26.73")
Niche Essen 19x8.5 Front ET 35 with Nitto Invo 245/40-19 (OD 26.73")

Drove it like that all summer without issue, works great. No rubbing, tons of grip.

No rolling. Completely stock. The rears rubbed a little one time when I hit a really deep compression dip at highway speed. But no visible damage to anything I think the tires just rubbed a bit up in the fenders/wheelwells.

Also, if your car is a regular X and not an XS just an FYI, the car is pre-wired for paddle shifters. I installed those in my car as well. .

Keep in mind though, 285 on a 10" wheel is pretty big. If you want to be on the safe side stick with the 265 in the 9" range. I know that the setup I have fits, I am not sure each wheel manufacturer or tire will fit the same so just keep that in mind. It's a lot of tire under the rear.

i was going for the niche rims. so i am pretty sure if your fits then 19x10 in the rear will fit with the 285's.

You can use the ones that are in your 17's, I kept my stock 17's for winter tires. So I got another set of TPMS sensors.

Link for paddle shifter setup. And you DO NOT have to remove the steering wheel. Just rotate the wheel 180 degrees to access the screws you need.:

better off running same width rims with all wheel drive and just using spacers to kick out the back. i've done both and if its within a certain tire size they say its ok, but i don't know for what kind of longevity. it's better to not take the risk if you own the car. mine was a lease so i didn't care haha.
