Have you checked your tire pressure on all four wheels lately?
It could also be a dead battery in one of the TPMS sensors?

If it's the "flat tire picture" that's TPMS saying one tire is low or no longer receiving the signal from the TPMS wheel sensor. I don't know exactly what a "tire maintenance" light is though, can you take a picture of it and post.
