good write up, I just ordered my bulbs (about 10 min ago). They have it in stock and will ship overnight, so hopefully I'll put these in tomorrow night after work (i don't get off 8pm though). Bought it from some place in Houston, only 60 bucks for the pair shipped. Will post pics....

These pictures are from some Acura forums of the Phillips 6000k Ultinon's. I don't know if its the camera or what but the bulbs are WAY too blue for my liking.

Here are some more pictures. The car on the left is a Mini with HIDs. The car on the right is the Acura with Phillips bulbs.

Also a picture while warming up:

And a picture when they are fully warmed up:

How long will they last?

How much wattage for these bulbs? and anyone know the OEM bulb wattage? Just curious what kinda bulbs it can handle... I never had HID but on my other cars but for instance on my maxima, i put on higher wattage bulbs..and they seem to burn out easily... even PIAA bulbs...

I can promise you that the bulbs are not that blue. I'd never buy them if they were. They are about as blue as BMW & Audi lights.

I email the person that I buy them from, They aren't phillip's ultinon, they are just some generic bulb, i don't know the brand, but i have bought other lights from this person, and run them in some of my cars for ~2 years with NO problems...
