I've moved the 6MT directions here because the link to google pictures are huge and there are character limitations for each forum post.
The only tool needed is a phillips screwdriver. Complete removal should take about 5-10 minutes.
Note: Do not power up the car while any electrical connectors are disconnected. Doing so may trigger error light(s).
If you have a 6MT (5AT / 7AT are in post #1)
Using fingers, lift up on the rear of the shifter bezel:


Be careful of hooks in front:

Carefully pull down on brushed trim piece to expose screws for removing the A/V trim piece:

The rest of the steps are identical to the AT version in post #1
