What's up with the tiny pipe behind the cats?

 

wow... that's an ugly looking stock setup... looks way too busy

 

A cool feature is that the mufflers are attached with an OEM v-band clamp.

Just for some added info... here's the stillen exhaust compared to the OEM exhaust:



If you take the heat shields off the OEM exhaust they would look almost identical. Does anyone know what the diameter difference are between the two? They both look like 2.25".
