Wutup guys,

Heres the deal... My friend has a 2008 G37 (coupe obviously)... I have a 2008 G35 (Sedan). He just got new exhaust put on his car. My question is... will his stock exhaust fit on my G35? I like the way the G37 exhaust sounds... definitely louder than the sedan. So is it just gonna be an easy bolt on?

I guess another question would be... is the coupe louder because the exhaust is different? cuz i'm pretty sure they have the same engine ryte?

I believe their setup is different and shorter.

 

not same....3.7l in the g37 hence the 37 and ur g35 has a 3.5l hence the 35 in the name.....kinda same motor set up though...what exhaust did he get? and i doubt dual will work on sedan neway

ummm... sedan has dual exhaust as well.

 

No way. Coupe mufflers are transverse mounted under a higher trunk floor, sedan's are not.

 

its not IMPOSSIBLE. the kid installed the coupe exhaust on his 1st gen sedan

 

its not impossible...it just requires a lot of time, labor and $$ to get the job done

 

Sorry ... I didn't mean to imply that it was impossible.


BTW ... has anyone put a Q45 motor in their G yet?
