wtf...thats soooo gay.
g35 hfc cats work on our cars but headers dont
i dont see what the big difference is....gayness

impul headers are better but for those who dont want to spend that much stillen headers would've been fine. i knew something was weird when i decided not to get stillen

This should be a option for us. And $648 is not bad at all..

The long awaited STILLEN headers for the 350Z and G35 Coupe and Sedan are now available. After months of development work, these headers produce big increases in streetable power and torque. On the dyno they yield 11.5 hp at @ 6200 RPM and 18.5 ft-lb @ 3800 RPM at the flywheel. These header will produce impressive gains on both Naturally Aspirated and Forced Induction vehicles. These headers are made of Mild Steel and are ceramic coated. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic with proper tools and a lift. This is not a backyard bolt on. For the Stainless Steel headers see part # 508350S. Also soon to be available are STILLEN's race pipes that mate up to the headers, making a perfect combo that produces even more horsepower with these headers. These shorty headers DO NOT REMOVE the cats, but are not 50 state legal, check your area's regulations.

^why wouldn't they
hfc have nothin to do with the headers unless these headers are a bit longer. thats why we wait for some other headers to come out besides impul...which i just paid 1600 for

but im sure they will come out soon guys

Recently emailed stillen about the headers, still go not for an answer, their headers still dont fit for our sedans.

G35Robby, why Impul headers are so expensive? 1600 - omg

^It's cuz its impul bro. They are really expensive and also because its made only in Japan.

IMPUL doesnt even make headers for our cars. They are meant for G37 only but i had to get them fabricated to fit. There is just a pipe that is too close to the steering column so cut the pipes and made it a bit shorter i guess. Still not sure what they really did but it fit fine.

Make sure you do your research as the stillen had problems with their headers hitting the steering rack on the g37's i believe when pushed hard in turns...

I'm curious to see what gains after market headers can really acheive over the stock headers.

Yeah I really want to know because apparently our headers are already quite efficient.

I got 6whp with CRACKED headers!
I wonder how much i'll get now since they're fixed lol
But i'll be having HFCs and FI exhaust put on the car the same time i put my headers on.

Honda Accord
terrycs, Csquared ->

Little bigger and smoother piping design for better flow of exhaust + a tune is where the header really shines!
