FI HFC, Berk HFC, or Stillen HFC?

I live in Cali and I have a Stillen exhaust, and wanted HFC's, but am worried about when its time for smog. Should I be worried? Which one should i get and whats the difference between them.

Personally, I don't think test pipes are really worth it. HFCs already yield noticeable improvements so why go w/o cats? It hurts the environment and also causes other PITA things like staining your bumper if you have a lighter colored car.

Berks, Be careful with test pipes, yes the bumper will be blackened and you will get a CEL. Unless you get anti foulers.. I have BERKS..

I wanted to buy Stillen's HFC, but no one said anything about them, beside everyone either got Berk's or FI HFC.
Where can i buy Berk's HFC?
I need a site that deals with paypal.
