Everything, they have some on craigslist right now for $280 Fujita. Just looking around to find deals!

do you think it would be a good idea to use the injen hydroshields with the gen 3s for safety?

can anyone confirm 100% that the gen 3 will fit with the ionic grille? I've heard a bunch of "it should" but does anyone actually have the Gen3 and ionic set up and can say for sure?

I doubt you'll have issues..

Take a look at this nice DIY...

Not 100% sure though... Not many members have the ionic grill...

I'd much rather install these than these PITA test pipes!... lol

Injen CAI are also good...

Nice find. From the pics, there appears to be plenty of room behind the stock grill anyways. The Takeda clone uses the support beam to support the pipes and is further in front than the stillen gen3. I could have sworn someone had the gen 3 with the ionic grille because I remember them being very visible--almost too visible.

Hmm.. no wonder this guy hated part of the install.. he used the t-bolt clamps up by the throttle body.. when they are supposed to go on the middle sections.. like the instructions point out.

Honestly I'm surprised he got that to work, they are way too thick for that.. he must have been messing with that for a while.. :/

Just to help some of you guys out, I eventually installed these filters several months back and I had the shield protector on for while.

After several months use I decided to clean them out, so I bought a replacement filter kit so I can always have one clean and on stand-by to replace whenever they need cleaning.

BUT when installing the new filters I bought two K&N Filter Wraps (http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...Prod=RX-4990DK) and removed the shield all together.

Now these wraps are supposed to keep water out (to a point) and also helps with dust and stuff. Honestly it seems to work way better than the provided shield and I've never had a problem when washing my car (either with the shield or the wraps) I don't think you have to worry too much unless it's flooding where you are.
