I was wondering if anyone here was on that Berk HFC group buy a couple of weeks ago and got their item yet? I sent payment on 2/11 and sent two emails to find out whats going on, and I still have not heard anything.

 

Yeah the same happened to me. I sent my payments in on feb.4 and didnt hear anything until i emailed andy. He said he was waiting for the GB to close out which i think was yesterday or tuesday. We should be getting them soon.

 

Andy said that they would be shipping yesterday and today..

I haven't gotten mine yet either, but I know at least 3 people have received their's already. I haven't talked to Andy since last week, so I'll give him a call tomorrow and confirm that the rest are shipping. Sorry for the delay in getting these out guys... I was told that Berk had enough in stock for all of us. Hopefully we'll all have them next week.

 

So r u saying Berks doesn't have any more in stock?

 

Or some people live closer to where they are shipping from. Hopefully thats the case.

sigh....did anyone get a tracking number? I emailed Andy yesterday and he hasnt responded to me with a tracking number yet.

Hey guys. Just got an update from Andy. Looks like some of the people have already received these, but we are waiting on Berk for the rest, which are supposed to be ready this week. I believe Andy is shipping these in the same order that he received payment, so the rest of the GB buyer's HFC's should be shipping out this week. I still haven't gotten mine yet (since I didn't pay right away), but am hoping to have them by the end of the week.

Nope, it's not just your car, Clement. Mine is now making the exact same noise that yours does, albeit a little more faint. And that's just with my Tanabe exhuast and no Berks, so I imagine it will be even more noticeable with the Berks.

 

hmm... I glad that it's just not me, I'm looking at cutting off the stock resonators and putting some aftermarket ones on because I think i'm getting rasp once i get over 4 k, doing research on that now lol.

 

Hmmm. I don't have any rasp, but I do have that same sucking sounds when the throttle comes back down to 2000 or 2500 rpms, just like your car. It's an odd sound and it almost sounds like the exhaust is sucking air back in somewhere when you let off the throttle and the engine is under vacuum.
