The 2 things that are making me go towards this is that they have passed Smog tests which is big if you live in Cali and they also say there is no CELL at all. (i know all companies say this)

I would still be weary about the smog test, especially in Cali. It may have passed once, it may have passed a hundred times, you really don't know for sure. If it doesn't have a CARB number, it's still a gamble.

Well the worst thing that can happen is that you need to switch to the stock cats for a day and then you can go back right? they dont charge you or fine you for not passing the smog test do they?

Do you really want to pay that labor charge every year, to remove, install the oems, then re-install the A/M ones?

That is unless you're doing it yourself, but it's not an easy job for the DIY'er.

yes the cops can pull you over and take a look at it but most of them are too stupid my friend got pulled over with a test pipes cop said its too loud and he said ohh its just the exhaust so he just gave him a ticket for speeding.

ohh and i belive if a shop get busted for puting cats or test pipes on a car in california its 25k fine for them

Ya, it is illegal to have HFC in Cali since January and i just found about it today when i went to Hot Import Nights.
Looks like i'll be selling my headers guys. I dont want any cop trouble.
I'll see what I can do about this.
