Grounding Kits - I'm a believer.

I'm naturally a skeptic, but i gave this mod a try anyway.

I have a full write-up of my observations here, and my take on the installation here.

But long story short, i think this works both from a subjective and measured point of view.

And oh, the "measured" part? If this makes any sense to any of you, you'll know what i mean

It's a test tone. The sound stays the same.

But of the three tests, i also tested using a song, same song/volume/duration and part of the track. There was a measured 2-3 db difference before/after. The 2-3 db variance was pretty consistent.

I think I'm the only one who went as far as soldering the connection between the bare wire and the gold plated connectors. Call me **** I guess

Nice write up Mike.

Hey thanks for doing this =) Shows everyone that at least from the sound level, it truly is improved. Which only further suggest that the other "said" gains will improve as well.

Im gonna try and install mine soon.

I put this on about two months ago and I am definitely a believer the throttle response has improved. But I'm glad someone tried to look into this objectively. Nice write up.

Touche Robby We have a salt air climate here, and I was hesitant to do that.
