I have PM'ed Lou and emailed the address on the Amp site with no reply regarding a quote and shipping for the exhaust. It's been nearly a week. Is he usually slow or is he just ignoring me?

 

Not slow nor is he ignoring you. He's a busy guy so give him some time

I found the same thing with slow PMs.
I've had great service from Lou, but if you need quick contact call him.

 

Yeah, Lou definitely tends to be slow at responding... particularly to e-mails. I deal with him all the time and in some cases it's taken him as long as 4 weeks to respond to my e-mails. His shop is only 45 minutes away, so I find it's easier to just drive over there. Of course, if you don't have that luxury, I would suggest calling him or sending him a PM over on MyG37. He's pretty active over there and should get back to you within a few days.

 

Can you find out why i'm not getting instant email notification on threads i post or even with my PM'S? I really have no reason not to get back to you guys nor would it take me weeks to respond to emails if i get them

As for our website email, i'm having them change that since we are having problems with the server for sales@amplified email. Half of those emails are not getting through for some reason.

If you guys need to get a hold of any of us at Amplified, best thing to do is Call us Or email me at ampdmotorsport@yahoo.com. I check that email every 10 minutes since its linked to my phone.

I apologize for the late responses and we are trying to fix the problem with are amplified email server.


BTW... $120 retail for the stainless steel tips,Sorry i'm still waiting for pictures from Invidia but i should have them soon. They are the double walled version without the burnt look
