Looks great Paul, congrats on finally getting it installed.
I can only imagine how good it feels when you push the red button

Thanks a lot

LOL. Ok, let me debunk a common misconception for Nitrous.

The button is actually for purge. Most of the modern wet nitrous kits operate on an arming switch + wide open throttle sensor. In our cars, it would be more common to use a TPAS sensor. Therefore the "red button" is really me slamming my foot on the throttle

Oh ok, thanks for the info
I have a friend who's running nitrous in his Supra and it work with a button on the steering wheel. Guess he has an older setup or something. The other button on the steering wheel is the purge button.
I wish we had a sweet spot to set up the purge nozzles...it looks sick on his car coming through the vented hood, makes people who don't know much about cars think the engine is blowing steam or something. lol

You can use a button in addition to the main arming switch and the TPS (i.e. WOT sensor). Just wire the switch inline. This is beneficial to those with AT because sometimes the transmission lags. When you go WOT (in D or DS), you want to make sure the transmission has downshifted to the the lowest possible gear before spraying. Imagine if you go WOT, the nitrous sprays, and then a sec later, the transmission finally downshifts. Your RPMs will jump very high. This additional stress on the transmission is not good. This obviously is not a problem when driving in M (or if you have a MT) because the transmission does not downshift when you go WOT. This will also help (all transmission types) when the system is armed and you want to go WOT, but don't need the extra nitrous kick just yet.
