Question for those with a FI exhaust

I had my FI exhaust installed a couple of months ago, and just recently I noticed a sound coming from the bottom of the car when I hit a bump. i took a look under the car and it seems that the cross brace under the car is very clost to the mid muffler. Did any of you guys take that brace off?

mine is still on. make sure you put it back on correctly if you flip it over it will contact the exhaust. i would also go back under there and check all your bolts for tightness.

I put a couple of washers on to space out a bit more... when I had it.

mine hit. so i put spacers and longer bolts on. i then had a big issue with rubbing it on bumps. so i took it off.

No problems with mine and plenty of clearance. I would check to make sure that the mid section is oriented properly. You may have it flipped up side down. Didn't need any spacers to get the clearance for the brace.

I get a sound once in a while but I'm not sure if it's the brace or if it's the heat shields in the rear.
It only happens on crazy big bumps.

I wonder if this is a generation thing.
It's possible that FI tweaked the system.

The cross brace on the GTSpec 6point brace is even bigger than the OE brace,
& still no issue on my car.
