Angry My car wont shift into DS

Hey guys, my car just took a **** today. My car wont shift into DS anymore. When I shift the **** into DS it still says D, and when I shift it goes to 1 and then goes back to D again. I tried to turn the car off, reset the ECU and nothing is working. It'll shift into 1 for a second and go right back to D. It wont even say DS. The car drives normal but do you guys think it's the tranny or an electrical problem?

I know some of you guys have had problems with this. Can you guys help me out please?

That took some weight off my shoulders.
As long as it can be replaced under warranty and it's not a huge a problem.

Thanks man. I'll get this replaced when i get back from Vegas.

Can anyone confirm if this is an issue in 07s only or also 08s?
Also, I wonder if this problem is more prevalent for those drivers who use the DS mode frequently.

GL w/ the fix. Riverside Infiniti FTW!

i dont know about the difference in 07 to 08. but i dont use DS mode at all.. i only use the manual shift mode. so that tells you it doesn't matter.

my 08 did it for a couple of months. If I shut off the car and restarted it, it would go away sometimes. I left it like that and now it's gone. Last time it happened was in the summer.
