Will Tanabe exhaust eliminate exhaust tinny rattle from HFC

I installed Berk HFCs and I now have the well documented tinny exhaust rattle when accelerating. My question: has anyone figured out the solution besides buying a complete exhaust system? Will Tanabe axleback mufflers fix this noise?

Depends where the rattle is coming from.
If it's coming from the mid-section piping then you'd be better off going for a proper catback.
It it's coming from the OEM mufflers themselves then the Tanabe should fix the issue.

Anyone with HFCs and the Tanabe mufflers have an answer?

Ive had the berk hfcs installed on my car for awhile now. i dont have a rattle when accelerating, but there is a rattle when decelerating.

find out when and where the rattle comes from and then maybe we can find a solution.

I need an assistant to gas the car while someone else cralws underneath to locate the rattle. From the driver's seat, I think it comes from the mufflers.

I answered my own question. I just had custom Magnaflow mufflers welded up to the stock piping. The HFC induced exhaust rattle / rasp is still present. So the Tanabe mufflers would not have helped either.

You need to drive at least 1,000miles to break in the HFC's before deciding on whether or not there is a rattle. My HFC's made the usual rasp during acceleration, but after about 600miles it was gone.

I'm like 3k miles and I still have the metallic rattle on acceleration. Short of a full exhaust like Fast Intentions, I am still trying to find a fix. I wonder if the Ichiba G37 Y-pipe would work?
