Ok, new to the Infiniti scene, but have tuned many a car. 2008 G35S 6mt Sedan presently in the garage.

First: If I just run K+Ns and a CBE, is the AFR affected enough to warrant a tune ?

Are the SR/CAI's available for this engine much better than panel drop ins ?
Worth it ?

If I did go for a tune, which is the best option ?

I'm in So Cal, SFV to be exact, best shop to do the tune ? Specialty Z ?

The SEARCH feature will answer all your questions...

 

CBE and stock or panel filters would probably not affect the AFR too much. Get a dyno run or buy an Uprev cipher cable/software to check your AFR and ignition timing. It will probably be at 13:1 at most.
