Has anyone release a 6MT software years/months, whatever it's been I was trying to prototype but to no avail and just stopped. Has anything changed? What the best? I know there was one that you can change been mods, ie stock mode, race mode, valet mode, even a wife mode! LOL

Travis, Sam at GTM has done custom Osiris tunes on many G35's and G37's with the 6spd manual... he said he should be able to do your car no problem. I thought I told you that after I had my car done.

do you know the approx cost? So weird no one has come out with it yet. me lady is getting old. What kind of gains did you get?

 

I can't recall the exact cost since it's been about a year since I had it done, but I think it was around $700. It runs around $400 for the Osiris software license, plus the cost of the dyno time for the actual tune.

On a NA engine I don't think there are "huge" gains to be had. I think cobb does have an Access Port available for the 6mt, but I am not positive. I do like the idea of valet mode though, and cobb does have a map for that.

 

My gains were a little skewed, since I installed my HFC's at the same time. Total gain was 26 HP, if I remember correctly. Probably 6 - 8 HP of that was due to the HFC's.

The Osiris is nice because you can have up to 5 different maps programmed that you can toggle through using your cruise control. So you can have a performance mode, an economy mode, valet mode, girlfriend / wife mode, etc...

It's not the prius that has that issue... and yes, I was the wheeler and dealer. It's a pretty awesome car, plus it saves me TONS on gas and mileage on my baby
